IMHO following the California situation is the most entertaining thing on the web. They reming me of the old comedy The 3 Stooges. Can just see Larry Moe and Curly as the Governer, The CPUC commissioner, and the leader of an environmental group. It is unfortunate that this comedy has real life consequences. Being an opportunist I am fully capitalizing on the bungling.
