DEAL!!! I get no delight in reporting bad news. But facts are facts. This thread needs some real communication as you indicated above cause we ARE all on the same team. Well at least most of us. I think that those starting rumors have hidden agenda's. Regarding reverse splits: It's just a known fact that in most cases it never turns out successful. Ask your broker, accountant, friends. It's in every book I've ever read about investing. And I lost about 10K on a company called Clinicorp (BAK) about 4 years ago. The stock was was also around this .40 when they did a reverse split. They brought the stock back up to $5.00 with the split. Within less than a year it was below $1.00 again. Eventually got delisted from the AMEX. I believe it now trades on the BB under another symbol. Bad experience, but you learn from your mistakes... Let's see if we can get ALL who follow this thread more involved in sharing what they know about the REAL AGTI.... Has anybody seen or played the equipment??? Has anybody personally met any AGTI personell??? Has anybody heard of any Credible Sources recommending this stock??? Has anybody recently spoken with the company about it's progress??? I'll start: Spoke with the company today. I questioned why we did not get a proxy to vote on the reverse stock split. Was told the vote for reverse stock split was postponed from 05/30/97 to some time in July. And we WILL all get a chance to vote on it. Also, many within the company are not happy about it and would like to see the idea canned. Sales & tech teams are growing, SONIC almost ready for beta testing, Texas awaiting final approval, Miss. orders doing great... Folks, I've heard all this stuff before. But they assure me that THIS TIME IT'S DIFFERENT. Any opinions or facts to share??? AR
