EDIT:well, it's been two weeks today since their hearing before the Nasdaq qualifications listing panel, and they're still not delisted according to this;

of course the Nasdaq could just be slow, but the conference call on the 27th was very up-beat.

at the conference call they said they would find out about delisting "within two weeks", whether that meant two weeks from their hearing, or two weeks from their conference call, I don't know.
