Avoid using FDX Ground shipping services I love Fedex 1,2,3 day service, but lately they have been signing up customers to use their Ground service in favor of UPS. I would NEVER use them for Ground again. I had 2 computers shipped to my home recently with their service. Both were delivered and signed for, according to Fedex, only it was not me! For all I know the driver signed for it, or someone walking by, nobody knows! I just pray Fedex honors my claim for the loss! The delivery guy never left a notice on my door that he attempted the drop off, nor did they bother calling the destination phone number. These Fedex ground guys obviously don't have a clue...
