Depending on where wave B ended on the DOW, there are actually 2 possibilities for the 1.618 ratio. If the first low was the end of wave B near 9425, then the 1.618 ratio gives us a target of 9831 to be precise. If the 9450 low was the end of wave B, then the DOW target for wave C = 1.618 X wave A = 9856. We tagged 9854. Close enough. Top is in.
