Had been away for a while. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought that the Feds have delivered a widely anticipated surprise rate cut! If not, may be they are going to!

In the interest of free markets, the Feds will telegraph only the rate hikes. Rate cuts need not be telegraphed! -g-
