Larrie...If anyone needs news on FTEL, just read the rest of the market with Internet goodies/companies and you can see that Franklin is in the hunt.
Its a shame though that the FCC has to have their nose into everything including the stuff thats really starting to take off. Some of it is legit and needs to be dealt with, but who does it favor? Guessing? Or just another curve!

FCC spectrum-use proposal would restrict satellite access to 36-51.4 GHz and could "hinder the future development of fixed satellite services (FSS) systems and services," PanAmSat told FCC. It said that after last Ka-band slot is allocated, higher bands will be only remaining significant growth area for satellites. FCC proposal would harm U.S. satellite operators and users, PanAmSat said, and would "undermine the development of new low-cost, global broadband interactive services. The [proposed] band plan also would unduly favor terrestrial systems over FSS by allocating a larger share of the available spectrum for terrestrial wireless services."

There is always someone with greater insite than us Earthlings and determines this news with swiftness then rides the new wave onto the next level. No nikes please. gggg
