Michael, They just started up in Dec. 96. Since that time, they have been approved for a million dollar bank loan, have acquired Eden Systems and Avalon Technology. Also check Terry Neilds, Lou Ross and Dr. Sharawar's backgrounds thru Intercell Cellular. Terry and Lou are the major reasons I invested based on there deep backgrounds in marketing and technology. What downside do you see, other than lack of financials at the present time.
