Cash rich companies: NANO, trading at 14, cash of 6, been a profitable growing company COHU, trading at 15, cash of 4, been a profitable growing company, and has solid book value of 9 PSEM, trading at 12, cash of 6, been a profitable growing company At least your downside is somewhat limited. PSEM makes the most sense to me right now.
