Trin has been strong all day, but every time I look at the Tick it seems to be a low number. Like the Trin, it peaked in the first 10 minutes or so. With a 5% gap up at the open, it's awfully hard to sustain the upside. The institutions may be participating, but I still think this may be a bear rally...
