B of A on Semis : Banc of America Sec. continues to believe that it is too soon to aggressively accumulate chip stocks, noting that valuations are significantly higher than reached in each of the last two downturns; firm expects earnings disappointments in March and June qtrs to be nothing short of spectacular; expects to see some unexpected operating losses as we enter the June qtr.
