"If it was deliberate then it is even more the fault of China." About as close to certainty as anything having to do with China. Admittedly I haven't been following this discussion, but is it essentially impossible for a slow moving aircraft like our spy plane to collide with a jet fighter unless the fighter cooperates. What did it do, reach out and swat the fighter? As far as the pilot committing suicide under orders, well it happens. I remember a Chinese co-worker telling me about a flood in Wuhan, where the soldiers linked arms and tried to hold the dike in place...
