ACTV will acquire Intellocity for $32 million in common stock, and will make an additional stock payment contingent upon Intellocity meeting certain performance targets. IATV was selling over $6 when this announcement was made so that would imply roughly 5 million shares. The people from Intellocity are probably sorry this deal ever happened. Now they know how shareholders of IATV feel.
