The Republicans can't even decide on what to do. They have spoken out in a hawkish fashion and made this admin look MORE inept and disorganized. The Chinese are not stupid. They have seen the cabinet picks and the line up of the old cold war bureaucrats. They probably figure they are the only viable candidate with which a cold war could be waged. They are probably positioning themselves as hard liners so as not to allow this admin to think they will be bullied. The Chinese are serving notice to the Bush team........%^&# you it's called.
