Dale, Interesting post. There is an historic friendship between china and the US. And we fought on the same side in WW2 and that counts big time. When USSR was a major power china gravitated toward the US even under Mao. But now they challenge us so I guess what is need is counterweight in Russia and Japan. The imbalance in the world is caused by the US as the only superpower. The #2's work together to offset us. This includes Europe as well. Thats enough for me today. I can go on for hours and it will get boring. I do agree with you on Clinton. Teflon only last so long but what the hell he is out of town and Fred cant accept cause and effect stuff.
