R.S: As of yesterday, the Semis were the most overvalued of the Tech sectors. Yet today ,SMH including the Communication chip Cos. (ALTR and XLNX) were up by near 15%. There is something amiss here. It is obvious that the Institutions/Funds are befriending them.
