this info on bramson selling is going to have negative undertones in my book. why were any shares sold if there is any likelyhood of good news coming soon?? the 'good news' now looks to be coming late in the year or maybe even in '98. if i remember correctly, weren't the 400,000 shares purchased from the company @ $7.75. and wasn't there some kind of repurchase option the company had on those shares. with this kind of special situation, is it likely 225,000 shares need to be sold to raise money for repayment proceeds. this kind of deal could be carried until the facts are known. are the facts known???? and are they negative.?????? this situation will raise a lot of negative issues with what is known at this time. drifting lower........................... jl
