Hi Mike, I am not up to date on VCSI. They hold a key patent for celular phone applications. It is more effective for celular operations to centralize their speech recognition than attempt to do more than initial connection voice recognition in the phones. Centralization is not covered under their patent. There seems to be a recent filing which may indicate dilutive selling related to options and restricted stock which probably offsets the OKI contract which was already expected. I do not have enough recent information on other aspects of their operations to recommend for or against purchase of this stock, which appears reasonably valued. Skeet
