DSL too costly, says ex-ADC chief Cadogan

wait, guru elmo in onother one.
IN maentime DSL double last year and will grow 80% this year.
Bell Canada, DT, SBC,VZ,BLS and many Asian carrier are deloying.
ALA has very cost effective DSL and this is why has 54% market shares.
