If you are gutsy and have "death wishes" go ahead, if you absolutely need to short this one, I would wait until it gets to the $44 to $47 area with a stop loss just above $50. Purely a technical call, but consider that you have three months before the gory details of the next quarter come out, consider that the PC people are claiming that the "worst is over", consider that it has not made a new low since mid October, and since then the stock is actually in a mild general uptrend, when the like of INTC and TXN are making new lows, I don't think it is a riskless short here under $40.
