I normally don't pick one's who are extended over 5% above the recent high, current base or top of the west side of the cup. Simple CANSLIM rule. The following were in this category: CCU DOV HD HKT MDT OMC RLC TIF VC LFUS MTSC TCAT. I also will not buy a fourth-stage breakout, and prefer to ignore third-stage breakouts. I eliminated CL as it was a fourth-stage breakout. My top candidates this week were: HNP MLS UTX HUBC USTB CXY. Any thoughts? John
