Wow, another nice legal victory in the Miami second hand smoke case...only goes to show you, the only ones who benefit in all this litigation are the lawyers...the plaintiffs, what a bunch of schmucks!! When will plaintiffs ever learn....the lawyers get the gold mine and they get the shaft!!!
