Hi ahhaha; Re tops and bottoms... I've generally thought that secular (as opposed to trading) tops were associated with high volatility (for individual stocks, as opposed to the market averages). Is your statement about tops and bottoms being exceedingly low volatility periods meant to refer to long term market averages? -- Carl
