From the bugnet : "FINDING MODEM FULFILLMENT US Robotics has reported a "bug" in the fulfillment house that has been handling the rebate program for US Robotics 33.6 modems. Many customers who should have qualified for the rebate were instead sent denial cards saying the modems were purchased outside the qualified period.
