Mike, OT *** sailing Today's sail was an 8.5 on a scale of 1-10. Fairly rough with 5 ft waves and winds 15-25 knots. We reached top speed [6+ knots] often. Reminded me of the stock market because part of it was such a wild ride. But I agree with advocatedevil: I don't think this rally has legs. Don't ask me why, just a gut feel. But it's nice to move up from the abyss. I just feel we have to test the floor a couple more times. On 'saving face': it is an unfortunate reality that serves to perpetuate wrongheaded behavior and closes off opportunities for improvement. G.
