Finanly, hardware sales division is sold. Fleet(suffered the Greenspan overnight discount interest rate losses) pulled the rug on over $3 million of demand loans to be settled July, 2001. The company will pay them off using collectible current accounts payable. What is left is the solution(consulting) business and leasing business which will be run without bank financing. Future? Next financial report will show if they are successful to continue their business.
