Congress must have hearings on banks pulling rugs on many companies which had demand loans?

Or, how bad is the domino effect of Greenspan's 6.75% overnight discount rate which the banks have to pay, when their customers were paying only 6.44% Libor rates?

The over night discount rate squeeze is now putting many companies into bankruptcy or just closing their doors forever; when bank reserves are insufficient to service their customers?
