Randy, et al, Don't think anybody really expected such a drastic correction and most importantly, the drop in 'investor confidence.' There's a lot of $$$$ on the sidelines. In all fairness, the NAZ is still trading about 150 times earnings. RATL still looks well positioned to grow. I just hope I am not too old and frail to enjoy the rebound. I see maybe a little more downside for the NAZ, then more incremental and sustainable growth ahead. I think the days when we saw our portfolios grow exponentially are over (at least for the foreseeable future). Dusty
