Could be Lance , and 2.5% truly isn't much, but it is quite a few shares, and if I was a CEO with spectacular news ...say,numerous rumored KM contracts in the bag .. I would exercise a line of credit before I would sell over 200 thousand shares of the effected stock.Doesn't suggest bad news to me so much as that there is no immediate good news on the horizon.
