Bluetooth

If anything a delay in Bluetooth marginally benefits Sandisk, as in theory (if not in practice) it could lessen the amount of memory or number of cards needed.
[ Because if you can xfer info to some other storage area, then you can free it up more quickly ]

As a previous advocate of Bluetooth I've lost patience with the constant delays. I was at seminars and talking to Bluetooth developers (chips) 3 years ago, and its still not here.

IMHO they have made the same mistakes as WAP; too many unfulfilled promises, too many incompatibilities, too many holes in the standard. And at least WAP has appeared! Bluetooth should have been here a year ago. One of the key things you need to get a standard established is a bandwagon. Once too many people jump off it, it can become irrelevant.
