Attack the messenger. I don't know about the LINN deal, but I sure know Ice has given this thread expert information on how the Waveland deal is structured. I am not an expert myself. Thanks to Ice, I understand why there is no risk to Waveland, why there is dilution to stockholders and how another big pile of money for waits for JPC and his group of insiders if Waveland can pull this scenario off.

You must also understand since you state that you bought a bike load of PPRO. If you are so hot on PNLK, you could have bought dump truck loads of it for the same money. But you are just like everyone else holding PNLK, you are hoping that a new group of lambs will be brought in and you will be able to participate in the slaughter.

I am still curious about Malko's connection to Glenn and JPC. Everyone is sure quiet on this aspect of the deal other than to say, oh that happened years ago. Maybe you have inside information, but personally I wonder if Malko is still not part of this deal.
