I've never tried them on the grill. Found them a little oily for my taste buds but I would think the grill would fix that problem. I'll have to try it this fall.

I guess I should have elaborated on selling. Yes we sell them to a bait shop who is licensed to buy. He must also insure that we have the fish. Evidently there was a problem once upon a time of people catching them just to strip the eggs then throwing them on the bank. Can't imagine that myself but I guess we know the world is full of idiot's.
