Dear Scumbria: Evidently you are missing a brain at all! Do you know what the Chinese think about the difference between an apology and expressing regret. You must not know, or you just putting your foot even further in your mouth. You know even less of China and oriental culture than a typical person on the street. Even less than a complete blithering idiot! If anything, China should apologize to us, since that is the proper thing to do by their own culture. Start reading about things before shooting off your fingers! It would be like a garbage truck speeding, losing control and crashing into your house and then having the trucking company having the audacity to hold your family and require you to apologize for your house causing the damage to their truck and killing of their driver. Fat Chance of you apologizing then! Pete
