Maybe, but this is where the stock market collapse may be a factor. LLCF and I live in the same metro area, and as he's noted, lots of million dollar plus homes have suddenly appeared on the market in the last 4 weeks or so. If we get some decent mark downs there, I might start to get interested...but it'll take some time (3-6 months) before the sellers get desparate enough.
