PG&E (PCG) just filed for bankruptcy. Here we go, the snot is going to hit the fan now! SCE (EIX) should topple within a week, either by voluntary action or forced by creditors. Governer Davis and the CPUC just lost control of the situation. PCG halted, EIX is tanking. Will AEP's come back online now? EDIT: looks like EIX has been halted now as well.
