Hi all. Been lurking and just have to give you my dear Grandmothers Salmon recipe. First a little background. My Dad, her son, was a commercial fisherman out of Seattle and made his living catching Salmon for quite a number of years. Grandma learned how to cook it real good.

Mix together equal parts of Kikkoman teryaki sauce and honey.
Add a dash of liquid smoke.

Marinate salmon fillets in the sauce for up to two hours depending on the thickness of the fillet.
Place the Salmon on a broiling pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Broil 8 minutes per inch of thickness.

Sometimes I have to broil it a little longer for some reason?

It is delicious and smokey and moist. ;-) M
