AEP's should be able to get NG on credit from suppliers now since the suppliers know that the AEP's will get paid, and paid promptly. With the substantial profits from spot power prices, the AEP's will be able to quickly pay the NG supplier's back bills as well.

CPN, REI, MIR, and others who had contracts with PGE are likely to have their contracts reset. They still have to supply power.

My take on how to play this is to sell the power producers and buy the NG suppliers BWDIK?
