See the movement in the last 15 mins? Can't find the news. Appeals could come from ICIX shareholders objecting to the changed deal, for one. Hopefully, they'll realize this would just hurt them. We'll see. I suspect the court news is out but I can't find it yet. Volume has picked up; we spiked up and then down.
