What FL standards..there was no consistency in any part of the election process in FL. The standard that recounts had to be done by a certain date. In that lies the problem....again we were never allowed to complete the recount process to both side's satisfaction so there continues to be doubt over the issue. There never would have been a recount process to both sides satisfaction unless every possible way of counting the votes all resulted in a decisive win for one candidate or the other. Tim
