Everybody has warned, so I don't think Q1 earnings make a difference unless enough companies surprise on the upside which is unlikely.
What matters with respect to earnings day is the ccs and the forward-looking remarks and comments which, imho, ain't gonna be very encouraging.
With respect to CPQ, as I've said here before, MC got burned twice as a result of a loose tongue and my hopes are that when he said 12-14 recently, he was sand-baggin'. If he misses the revised estimate, we all might as well go job hunting.
If he used his noggin for something more than a hat rack, we get .15. El
