Actually, he has been cited for perpetrating a fraud upon the court, and fined; he was indicted (impeached) by the House of Representatives; he was forced to settle the suit with Paula Jones; and he admitted, after lying about it elsewhere, that he had at least a fling with Gennifer Flowers. In addition, the "presumption of innocence" is applicable in a courtroom, one is at liberty to have an opinion at variance with the jurors. Do you think that OJ didn't kill his wife, because the jury "sent a message"? Do you think that anyone convicted is necessarily guilty? Or do you maintain independence of the actual verdict?
