Whoops... I meant to say "when the golf industry grew faster than anybody had every thought possible. I'd expected to have to spend a lot of time at 540 Madison. I guess I should be happy E-Trade is now stuck with the place. Flying bricks, oh my! Wonder how much of that $300 sq ft E-Trade is paying for it's empty Casino? I guess a look at Callaway's next 10-Q might reveal that. Look under "Rental income". :)
