Because VSH's offer indicates that SEM is 25% undervalued relative to VSH stock and theres a possibility if a deal goes through I end up owning VSH stock anyway. If I had any more in tech right now I would probably by CGNX or something but for now SEM is the only "tech" stock I own right now. Definitley watching to start buying some of the real companies over the next week or two, I expect next week to be kind of tough too since this weekend the majority of tax payers will probably have their returns figured out. M.
