"far too many yes votes" .... ???? Many irrational things were done during the times of exuberance to paraphrase AG.... paying incredible prices for spectrum was one of them. IMO if 3G license holders are bailed out (prices reduced or spectrum re-bid) they will then have more $$$ to build WCDMA networks. Wouldn't this be a + for QCOM?
