April 6, 2001 USER MANUALS APPROVED The Eagle and Eaglet Payload Users Manuals have been approved for release by the United States Air Force (USAF). These manuals are required as sales tools, to provide our customers information such as what kind of ride a particular launch vehicle will provide, i.e. vibrations, "g" loading, heating, acoustics, etc.... The User Manual also provides information on how a payload will be handled, processed, and launched. Distribution will be limited to potential customers only. These are the first manuals approved for release since EPAC's involvement in the START Treaty. Bob G. Davis, President
