Mr. Scumbria, Your point is well-taken, but why do you suppose it is that we see governments the world around whipping up their people to hate Americans? We put a tremendous amount of energy into making the world work, and we get this kind of thanks for it. As you suggest, many of their own people can't stomach what they do and come over here to become our citizens. We apologize when we are at fault, as we had to do when Clinton bombed the Chinese embassy in Kosovo. There's no point in apologizing for something we did not do. <<I have been amazed to discover that they are also human beings. >> By the way, why were you amazed? What did you think they were before this revelation?
