LU is in no shape to compete and has repeatedly tossed around the idea of dumping their fiber optics arm and etc. Optical is still in its infancy and I am more than willing to gamble here with a couple hundred shares based on the intellectual capacity of their CEO. They are not profitable and they may not be for a short period of time, but if/when they do, they very well could be a force. Also holding SCMR, EXTR, JDSU in this area. Would like CIEN, but too pricey here.
