Additional information on Nutek (NUTK).

The last contact w/ the Company was 6/26/96, and they were enthusiastic that pumps that were currently were going to meet their desired performance criteria. I believe that there are about 40-50 in existence (total cost to get them on line is est. at $3200). Oh, by the way they named the pump a "Bailer Pump".

The yield on the stripper wells mentioned earlier is relatively flat, the yield decreased about 3% annual once its at the 10-15 barrel/day range. This is very good-considering that the Bailer Pumps will be profitable quickly and for many years.

Nutek currently has about 180 stripper wells. They have set a goal of having 5000 wells that will be acquired through a joint venture. Nutek stands to make about $5.00 barrel (consider it a licsensing fee) in the JV. Here's the math

5000wells*5brls/day*$5.00/barrel*360days/year = $45,000,000 plus

There are only 8,443,000 shares outstanding. Thats a potential EPS of over $5.00.

Granted there a few big ifs. (If the pumps can be made in large quantities, and IF the wells can be acquired and brought on line quickly) But if the goals are met - this could be a huge winner.

This stock currently is sitting very quietly on the bulletin board ranging lately from $1.37-1.56. The upside potential if the above goals are met is a $100+ stock within 3 years (at a 20 P/E). The downsides are that this is a fraud or this small company will simply fail to meet its goals.

If you have read this far, I imagine that you are interested. I hope that you will do some additional homework from here. I also encourage you to let me know because I have been amassing info for the past month now.

Happy hunting to the fellow speculators,

Rick
