Cyberken, Europe has been an economic disaster area for most of the post-war period. Having your country destroyed in war tends to do that. Their only hope today is that their silly-minded left-wing politicians have been turning to supply-side economics. Most western European economies are quite strong, and they have no intention of giving up health care, employment quitting/firing restrictions, or vacation. It's a gradual process, but they are indeed obsoleting themselves. Nonsense. European economies are moving up quickly. I'm watching it first hand. The US is in far more danger with our failed educational system, and general malaise and obesity. A nation of frightened, reactionary couch potatoes can not compete in a vibrant world economy.
