I would be very surprised if Greenspan cuts rates before April 15th. He wants to make sure everyone pays their taxes on time.

Think about it, if he cuts again, and hypothetically speaking, the market responds favorably there is still enough optimism out there that people will gamble with their money reserved for taxes. Less than 5% chance of an intermeeting cut, IMHO.
